Our Company

Founded in 1996, Noteworthy Medical Systems, a CompuGROUP company, is privately-held and based in Phoenix, Arizona. Noteworthy is a leading provider of software and collaborative health solutions to the ambulatory healthcare sector through a full suite of products ranging from practice management software (NetPracticePM) and productivity add-on software (NetTools) to ePrescribing (NetPracticeERX), lab and results management (NetPracticeRESULTS) to robust CCHIT Certified® EHRs (NetPracticeEHRweb and NetPracticeEHR)—all with the ability to exchange critical healthcare data through our health information exchange (HIE), NetPracticeMedicalHub.

Noteworthy's connected care solution offers a long-term resource of health information to help providers and healthcare systems enjoy better communication and more informed decision support with their referring and consulting peers and patient population. The result is the opportunity for unsurpassed collaborative medicine. By partnering with medical communities to create "hospital-centric" connected care networks, Noteworthy's technology offers the ability to connect physician referral networks and secure their loyalty, business and referrals.

Noteworthy's expanded suite of products serves a two-fold objective: first, to equip physicians with the tools they need to provide superior care, prosper economically and go home on time; and second, to equip communities of providers, hospitals and health systems with the connectivity in the ambulatory arena to facilitate communication, superior care and wellness without interrupting their workflow. Our modular approach allows customers to select just the products and services they need with the ability to grow into whatever combination of products best serve the unique needs of their practice or health system.

In February of 2009, CompuGROUP Holding AG, the leading European eHealth service provider with headquarters in Koblenz, Germany, completed a substantial equity investment in Noteworthy. CompuGROUP's investment enabled Noteworthy to continue to grow its market share and build on its unique ability to provide connectivity to health systems throughout the U.S.

Noteworthy and the NetPractice family of products have established a solid reputation for allowing administrators, providers and hospitalists to achieve beyond their expectations. Better still, all Noteworthy products are being aligned with CompuGROUP’s systemic use of best practices, which include feedback from customers and expert groups, as well as CompuGROUP’s own experiences on a transnational basis. This is allowing all our customers to benefit from the breadth of CompuGROUP's extensive product and customer expertise.

CompuGROUP is one of the leading eHealth companies worldwide. Its software products, designed to support all medical and organizational activities in doctors' offices and hospitals, its information services for all parties involved in the healthcare system and its web-based personal health records contribute toward safer and more efficient healthcare. The services of CompuGROUP are based on its unique customer base of around 326,000 doctors, dentists, hospitals and networks as well as other service providers. CompuGROUP is the eHealth company with the biggest coverage among eHealth service providers worldwide. The company operates in 14 European countries, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and in the USA and currently employs around 2,800 people. CompuGROUP is a majority shareholder in Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc.

Noteworthy's company locations include Cleveland, Ohio; Phoenix, Arizona; Yakima, Washington; and Pocatello, Idaho.
