Time and time again, research shows the best way to learn is by doing. To ensure your success, Noteworthy's training methods are 95% hands-on and coordinated with you by our Clinical Consultants.NetPracticeEHR's sophisticated ease of use means you'll be trained and charting successfully in only two hours.
During the planning phase of Noteworthy's implementation, we work with you to select members of your staff to be trained as "superusers." These super-users serve as the basis for ongoing EHR training and support within your practice. Noteworthy recommends that clients select a physician, a clinical lead (i.e. an RN or MA), the practice administrator and a billing person to train and function as super-users.
Super-users are trained at Noteworthy's home office where they acquire a solid understanding of NetPracticeEHR from a user's perspective. The super-users also receive training materials to initiate end-user training for all other personnel within the practice.
Super-users train on every aspect of NetPracticeEHR and are able to perform every function within the application at the end of the two-day training period. They can log a patient in to NetPracticeEHR, start a patient encounter, document an entire patient visit, record vital signs, medical/surgical history, order labs and procedures, document the diagnosis, order referrals, review billing, order and print prescriptions, print patient education, and every other aspect of a patient visit.
End-users train on the area of use within the EHR that supports their workflows. Training normally takes two hours and is provided at the location most convenient for you. We typically conduct training on-site approximately six weeks prior to go-live, but we also offer in-house training at our corporate headquarters if preferred.
Noteworthy's training manuals are written specifically to reinforce training and provide an easy to use reference. Training manuals are given to each super-user during the initial training visit, as well as electronic copies to allow duplication for on-going user training. A detailed user manual is also included.
Noteworthy also regularly conducts webinar training sessions in order to reinforce what's been learned and provide more advanced skills when requested. Online user help is also available via the EHR user interface.
During the initial transition period to NetPracticeEHR, we provide on-site support. Once Noteworthy is fully operational, we provide your practice with a dedicated support person. 24/7/365, we're there to respond to both application and technical support questions so you are able to focus on what's truly important: providing outstanding patient care.
